Thank you for the tip on #1... very much appreciated!

Too bad for #2 and 3 ! Those happen even more frequently than the first for
me.

Hope Microsoft is listening !

Are these things possible?

1) Yes. This isn't even particularly hard or cryptic. I'm wondering if you
have something different in mind than I do. Please describe precisely what
you want to do. I routinely transfer cash to an investment account and buy
investments (from the Investment Cash account as well as from my checking
account) with scheduled transactions. You can use the New|Investment
Purchase choice to setup one investment. You can create a Bill that is split
into multiple Buy Investment/CD:[name of acct] entries, too. (This latter
one will require you to type out "buy investment/cd" since Money won't put
this in the pull-down. It'll happily take it, though.)

2) No.

3) No.

It is an ongoing sad fact of life that many types of transactions that can
be entered cannot be scheduled.

Default Recurring Investment Transaction

Is there any way in Money 2004 to have an investment transaction set up in
Bills / Deposits as a recurring transaction?

This would be extremely useful for:

1) Automatic Payment Plan into an investment each month / quarter
2) Scheduled dividend income
3) Scheduled interest income

Any ideas? I do not know why you can not add an investment account
transaction to the Bills & Deposits section ?

Thanks,

Ken.
