| And, yet another "me too". I have not been seeing the downloaded transactions for my bank and credit card accounts, but have been seeing them for brokerage accounts. For bank (WF, Amex, and Visa), I see "Transactions to read" in the account list, but when I click on that tag and go to the account, there are no new transactions. The "Items to Review" label in the upper left of the account register view says "Items to review(1)", for example, but nothing is there. I have deleted the internet temporary files, started with "msmoney -s", run it on another computer, in fact I have done everything listed in that KB article that had "If this doesn't work, then try this etc for about 6 steps", and nothing is working (you know, the one that says to delete OFX etc File Types). No downloads from these accounts have shown transactions since May 4 or 5th. Microsoft support folks -- what is going on? | I'm having the same problem only it's with all my credit union accounts.I manually download the statements.I have uninstalled the software, & All money files, then reinstalled them. any Ideas? | Mine started working again. The only thing I changed was the frequency for downloads. I changed this from every three hours to once a day. I don't know that this fix it as I haven't tried changing it back. It could be something was wrong with Discover. I'm not sure but I'm leaving it as is. | Here's another "me too" post... same problem here, although mine is a VISA card.. The balance is correct but transactions are not downloading... I have even tried deleting the account and re-creating it. When I do that, the transactions come in, but then as I continue to use it, new transactions are still not being entered.... My checking accounts seem to be working fine with the download. I have run a Level 2 repair too, no help. | I'm using Money Deluxe 2003 on WinME. All of a sudden, Money fails to download all of my transactions for Discover Card. I usually connect every day or two to download transactions from my Standard Federal bank account and from Discover Credit Card. Everything was working fine until this last week or two. Now, the downloaded account balance for Discover is correct but transactions are not downloaded into the register. I've read recently of others with similar problems. Any ideas what is going on? I've tried clearly IE Temp folder along with starting Money with the -s option. My bank account register seems to still be working fine. Tom |
