The problem may be that your broker is downloading incorrect split
data for that date that overrides your correct entry.

To I look at the split history for a stock. go to the investment
details. UpdatePrices-> UpdatePricesManually

Look through the table and find the entries in the Source column
that say "Stock Split".

If your broker is sending bogus data, you could create a
compensating split with a nearby date. Or you could wait until your
broker's download gives it up and stops overwriting your good data.
Money used to not overwrite splits on its own, if I remember
correctly, but it is possible I do not remember correctly.

Who is the broker?

Default record stock split in Money 2004

I have entered the stock split using the proper "task"
area, but it is not reflected in my account. I repeated
the operation, and got the message that a split had
already been recorded that day, do I wish to repeat it.
At first I said no, but after still not being able to
find the transaction, I chose to overwrite, with the same
results---it's still not showing up.
