| Cal-- Haven't had the SMRTINET.INI problem for a few months. Everything goes through fine. I even tried to reinstall Money. Isn't there a file in Local Settings (from C:/My Documents) that when deleted forces an update? I have no idea....I've tried to update numerous times to no avail. I should try a new file to see if there's a sort of corruption. Any other ideas? - quote - > When you download updates, if you get a 'SMRTINET.INI' error, > download Money updates immediately again. When you download updates, if you get a 'SMRTINET.INI' error, download Money updates immediately again. Then try to setup for online access again, and specify Prudential Retirement as the FI. |

| Hi all-- I have a retirement account through Prudential Securities. Last week, Prudential sent out a memo stating that Microsoft Money was now available. On Microsoft's Money Website, it states that Prudential Retirement is a "2-way brokerage," allowing for direct statements. However, when I go into Money to enable the online services for Prudential, the institution doesn't appear on the list. I've updated as needed (and I update daily). What's going on with this?? |
