Incorrect download balance and date

I am experiencing the same with my financial institution--it shows the date
of 10/9/2003 and I have not been able to see the updates since the end of
April 2004. Any suggestions?

I use Money 2003. When viewing an account register the
downloaded section at the top left is incorrect. The
balance is incorrect and the date reads 8/4/2003. These
values never change even though I've downloaded many times
since August 2003. Any thoughts on what could be wrong?
