| weird, now the cash flow is updating correctly with the new budget items. Buggy, but it's working now. | Hello, I'm having all sorts of problems with getting my budgets and cash flows to update. I'm using Money 2003. First of all, I added a few more bills to my current file but these were not added to my budget. I suspect this may be intentional by Money. If so, this is a pain in the butt. So I then manually added items to my budget. I then went to see my cash flow, and asked it to reflect my bills&transactions and my budget. For some reason the cash flow only added two of my new budget items: a child care item and a food: groceries item. All the other items I manually added to my budget did not show up, such as food: eating out, automobile: insurance, etc... Is there any way to fix either of these problems? By the way, the main reason I had to manually add budget items is the following. My bills&transactions included a recurring bill paid to my Mastercard. This item did not show up in the budget for some reason. I then edited the bill and split the payment to various bills (groceries, insurance, etc). The splitting of the M/C bill still wasn't reflected in the budget. So I then manually added each item to the budget. thanks |
