I don't what i did now but I changed the view
to "reconciled only" then back to "all" and the amount
went back to normal??? - no harm, no foul or ...? thanks

correct balances - today and ending - in every view until
just recently.

There are no "reconciled" transactions in the future...
beyond yesterday in the register. Also, no stray or
suplicate transactions for the amount of the discrepancy.
The reconcile function works correctly... seeing the
correct ending balance. It's a wierd mystery.

For me, the wrong amount is on the home page. The right
amounts (today's and ending) are in the register if
I "view > all", but are worng and match the wrong home
page number if I "view > unreconciled only".

The numbers, today and ending, do not match since I have
transactions entered through the end of June.

Other than the $3358 discrepancy... that much missing on
the home page and "view > unrecon only" view...
everything else is correct.

I have the same problem in 04. this solution didn't work
for me either.

if i click view > unreconciled only, it matches. if i
click view > all, it's off by about $3358.00

The numbers are the same (both wrong) on the checking
account when it is opened up. But, the correct amount is
listed on the home page and on the bills and deposits
page.
