Autobudget only calculates based on past spending what you might want to add
to the budget. Unless you add the values to the budget, then it does
nothing. Don't bother clicking it if you don't want any of the values. So
what you are seeing is what is expected of it - going back into it, it
recalculates the spending again and selects those with sufficient spending
to be *potential* items to add to the budget.

You can disable it - by not clicking on the option. If you don't click on
it, it does nothing.

Autobudget will calculate potential budget entries based on past spending,
but it does not remove any already existing budget lines. You'll need to
manually remove those from your budget, and not add them when using
autobudget. If they are not checked in autobudget, they shouldn't get
overridden.
