| File|Delete from Windows Explorer? How would you delete an unwanted Word or Excel file? How would you rename a Word file? The only difference is that Money want to open the LAST FILE YOU USED when it starts next if you don't explicitly open something else. You can do that, too, by opening the file you want from Windows Explorer. See also http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=109. | At Money installation, I converted my Quicken files 'Banks' and 'Mutuals', but then decided I wanted everything in 1 file, which I've done. When I deleted the 2 'Mutuals' files, Money couldn't find it and went to the installation wizard, which created another file 'My Money' before I could stop it, then I recovered the two 'Mutuals' files and all is OK, but I now have 2 unwanted files. How can I remove them from Money ? Also, can I rename the original file ? Thanks. |
