| I've often thought my computer was possessed with imps who mess with the system. I'm using Money 2004 Standard. HP LaserJet 5P printer. Windows 98. But get this, I did some further checking and even tho the Report and Chart Setup screen shows Portrait, if you go into the printer options details, it shows landscape. When I printed, it printed landscape. So apparently all I have to do is ignore whatever the Report and Chart Setup screen says. Go figure. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Your system must be possessed. It works not at all like my system. What > version are you using? | From the M04 User's Guide: On the File menu, click Print Setup and then click Report and Chart Setup. In the Printer field, select the printer you want to use. To change the orientation of the page, select Portrait or Landscape. If necessary, adjust the fields in the Paper section to match the paper you will be printing on, or click the Options button to specify more detailed printer information. Click OK to save your changes. <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8ea101c432d0$2ddea990$a301280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > Thanks but that doesn't work. | Your system must be possessed. It works not at all like my system. What version are you using? You never mention and that is almost always useful information to post. <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8ea101c432d0$2ddea990$a301280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > Thanks but that doesn't work. | Thanks but that doesn't work. No matter how many times I go there and change it, it always reverts back to portrait once you get out of that screen. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > File|Print Setup|Report??? | The large majority of our reports are landscape, however Money reverts to portrait when you exit. The paper size and source remain as last chosen, but the orientation changes back to portrait. Is there anyway to make landscape the default orientation? |
