Default Re: Money 2001

It probably takes a new loan account--your new mortgage is really a new
loan, part of the proceeds of which paid off the old loan. See

Default Money 2001

I recent refinanced a mortgage with a cash out option.
How do I adjust the principal amount?
When I go to: change acct details, I am aware that I can
change the name/loan terms/interest rate, but not the loan
amt.
