| Here's an educated guess (untested) from Money2004: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Money\12.0] "MOFShowCongratsDlg"=dword:00000000 If you aren't familiar with editing the registry, I'd advise against mucking with it. I can't find this exposed anywhere else (i.e., Tools|Options...) that would be less risky for you to get to.
