You should be able to download Money .qif files from your bank and
update your bank money accounts. Be sure to make copies of your mny
files to some another directory before you attempt an upgrade,

2003 and 2004 support 2yrs standard or 3 yrs deluxe as described here:

This could be the problem. You won't get support from MS or the
computer vendor (usually) for installed application software.

I'm using the 03 deluxe so will look for the 05 (cheap) in 06.
