I tried that, but the difference is added to the
Commissions. The commission reporting would be incorrect.

In Help, enter "currency" into the Ask Money box, and look for an
item titled "Convert foreign currencies for investments".

Default foreign exchange

My default currency is Canadian dollar. Does anyone know
how I would track the sale of US stock? Presently I
enter the value in US dollar and then add another
transaction as "Other Expense/Income" to cover the
exchange rate. Needless to say, my profit/loss is all
wonky.
