Default Re: Weighted cost avg of $0?

Thank you very much. I have used Microsoft Money for
several years and this has always been an issue that
bothered me, but your trick fixed it. Thanks again.

If you go to the investment details, and change the cost basis option, does
it calculate the average properly then? Try using 'actual cost basis' if
it's not set to that.

Default Weighted cost avg of $0?

I own several mutual funds and stocks through my 401k and
some I maintain outside of that. I track them as
accurately as possible always entering every trade each
paycheck. But in the performance view of my portfolio it
always says "xxx fund is your best performing investment.
It's up x% from your weighted cost average of $0.00"
Maybe money is telling me the correct fund and %, but I
have trouble trusting it, when it is calculating $0 for my
weighted cost average. Any body know why it is doing this?
