I found no way to change it or turn it off. I started
over from scratch.

Thank you anyway.

True, but if it's enabled for Web Statements, then it should allow her to
delete the bank name.

Go to the account details and delete the financial institution name.

Default Money 2003 online bank help.

I associated a bank account to an online institution in
Money. It turns out to be the wrong institution and the
one I need is not listed. Money will not let me un-
associate the wrong institution without choosing another
institution (which would also be wrong). Is there any way
to fix this without starting all over again? Thanks in
advance.
