Default Money 2004 Canadian

No, you will not lose any previous data; however it is
best to backup any info to disk for safekeeping. Yes,
money will automatically upgrade; however, money04 has
many bugs that do not live well with online services
causing some intolerable inconveniences and crashes!
Advice: If 2001 is working fine for you, then wait for new
version upgrade-- Microsoft has no choice byt to fix bugs.
Take Money04 back and get refund.

It will convert automatically if it finds the existing .mny file. If
it does not find the old file on it's own, do File-> Open in Money
2004.

Just purchased the above and I'am currently using MS
Money 2001 Standard (for about 1-1/2 years). I have not
installed the MS 2004 yet but when I do, will I lose all
of the previous data or will it simply automatically
convert to the new version.

Many thanks...
