A really neat way to find prior postings in this group is to use the
Google Usenet Groups archive.

http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search enter words that you
think would be in relevant posts into the "all of the words" box.
Enter microsoft.public.money into the newsgroup box. Consider
selecting Sort By Date.

It depends on the login method being used. If you are using the welcome
screen and Administrator doesn't show, I **think** you hold down Ctrl+Alt
and hit Del twice to bring up the more traditional login screen where you
can login as user "administrator" with the appropriate password.

Now...I know this is the wrong group, but you were kind
enough to answer my question so I will try my luck at
another one....
Do you know how to log on as administrator in XP? I have
a sketchy internet connection and can not always search
online.

Yes. See http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=51. Note that the floppy choice has
expanded to include a removable media devices **that provide general purpose
read/write file systems**. CD burners still do not provide general purpose
read/write file systems. The memory stick does.

Default backup woes

I am using Money 2003 on XP. I have a CD Drive and a
little port for my memory stick on my Sony notebook. When
I go to back up Money 2003, the only option it offers is
the "E" drive, which is the memory stick. I have tried
switching options, but it does not list my CD drive. Can
you help me please?
