Default Downloading from Brown & Co

After many fruitless attemps, I finally got someone
knowledgable at Brown & Co to tell me that they are having
a problem downloading to Money (no version specified).
According to the voice at Brown & Co, they are waiting for
Microsoft to fix the problem.

Does anyone know anything about that?

Thanks,
Bob
