There have been many suggestions over time on this problem. Probably the
best is to "deposit" the individual items into a cash account then Transfer
the one total to the actual account you are making the deposit in.

I might create a unique category for the transaction fees. There may not be
a good path on this one. I also might change banks. You could enter them as
two transactions, but this would probably get tedious over time.

It's more the case that I want to cater for transaction fees.

Ie when I make a payment from my account to a Payee, the bank statement
shows the amount with the Transaction fee added in!
So I am using the Category Split to show the split between the actual amount
payed and the bank's transaction fee. This works fine up to the point where
I look at my categories, and all is fine, but when I look at my Payees, the
amounts are all wrong, as the transaction fee is listed against the Payee.

Can I either split the Payees, or split the transaction?

Cheers

I was browsing this forum for the exact same problem. I have a deposi
of multiple items in one deposit.

Basically when a payment for individual invoices are received, Mone
inputs them individually. I only made one deposit of everything. I
there a way to do this or must I make every deposit individually

No. It's not typically logical to do so. (The exception being a deposit of
multiple items in one deposit.)What are you trying to model?
