Default Envelope Icon

Occasionally there is entered an envelope icon and the
check # or word "debit" is moved to the left of the other
entries in an account. The icon appears to hve a red "p"
on top of it. There seems to be no reason why this
difference in a payment entry is made. Does anybody know
why? Thanks Dean
