This very topic is discussed a lot. Try these three things:

- clear all your temporary internet files.
- clear the check on 'do not save encrypted pages to disk' in IE
- Insure the OFX file type is associated with mnyimprt.exe, (note that
this wouldn't change unless you changed it).
