| Setting Up a Mortgage Refinance I have refinanced my home mortgage with a cash out option and can't figure out how to setup the exchanges properly in Money 2004. Background: 1) Mortgage is with lender A (money account A). Refi will be with lender B (thus, new money account B). 2) I'm taking out enough money to pay off a 2nd mortgage (money account C) and a personal loan (money account D). How do I set up transaction(s) to ensure mortgage interest is maintained between deductible loans (account A,B & C) and I show account A paid off and money deposited into accounts C and D to show them paid off? |
