Yes.

#Q104 is a bookmark with a key value--it's not shown in the human readable
document, your browser has to go find it--pointing to a specific question.
The question and section numbers vary from time to time. The key numbers
never do.

There is a new home for the FAQ. Try this:

I couldn't find #Q104 when I went to the Money FAQ. The numbering
system doesn't seem to run that high. Can you explain? Thanks.
