| If it's not prompting you, and just trying to match in Money, then possibly the Windows Explorer association is defaulting to the Money Import Handler. | I too have always downloaded my 401K statements. Previously, it asked me where I wanted it saved. After I would save it, I would import it into Money and everything was fine. Now, it doesn't give me the option to save, it just prompts me for an account to update. It gives me a list of accounts I can use, but of course my 401K is not on it - it looks like they are all cash accounts. I've been using MSMoney for over three years and this has never happened. | I am no longer able to download account info to my software. I have been downloading successfully since I installed the 2004 version and have not changed any settings to my knowledge. To the best of my knowledge it is not an issue with the Bank...I have two financial institutions and neither is working. Nor is it my internet connection as I can update my investment portfolio on line. Any suggestions on how I can correct this problem. Gerry |
