| Variable Interest Loan I just purchased a house. I have an 80% fixed (30yr) loan and a second loan (15 yr) variable interest rate. I got the fixed rate loan setup fine in money 2003. How do I setup the 2nd loan with the variable interest rate? This loan does not have mortgage insurance on it (on either loan). If this has already been posted, please point me there.
