That sounds like you've either added a reconciled transaction since you last
reconciled, or you have removed a reconciled transaction or it's flag since
the last time too.

You should manually check through your account and see whether you have a
duplicate or change since the last time.

I`m trying to download and the balance my American
express account. But when I reconcile all transactions it
won`t balance for an amount equal to the diference

If I force to balance, it says that the starting balance
