I get the same message...usually if u update again the message goes away

I haven't been able to update since 12/18/2003. The call
message on that date read:

Your last call encountered an error 12/18/2003 8:01AM
Money encountered an error processing the downloaded file
('SMRTINET.INI').

What does this mean? Why can't I get more updates?

Is this be related to my sudden inability to download
transactions from TD Bank, President's Choice but yet can
download from Bank of Montreal? Or is this another issue?
