| True enough. A loan account is great for a conventional loan. For a line of credit it isn't so great. Maybe you want a line of credit instead? A loan payment also cannot be made directly from a paycheck. See http://www.bollar.org/msmoney/#Q35. | I don't know how to put my nett pay straight into my mortgage (as opposed to a bank account) and how to pay a bill from my mortgage. It appears as if I can't use a 'loan' to 'pay from' or 'pay to' e.g. I want my pay to go straight to my home loan account (not a savings account etc.) and I want my bills to be paid by drawing against my home loan (again, not from savings account) Help!!!! Thanks. |
