The Payee box also serves as a Payer box. The number should appear
in the Deposit column in the bank account.

Default Enter paycheck

How do I enter in a paycheck with two direct deposits into
separate bank accounts? If I enter one of them as a
transfer to a bank account under the Deductions after
Taxes in details, it then shows up under my bank acct. as
Pay To: my employer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
