| Indeed, my account did have transactions to review, but they were from my converted Quicken backup bank checking which were somehow duplicated in the brokerage account. I cleared them and then executed your recommended procedures to no avail. The setup seems correct. The contact with the brokerage also seems nominal, and reports success. But when I go into the account, nothing. Please, if you have any more suggestions ... One of my frustrations is the lack of any significant Money documentation beyond the very sketchy online guide. I found only two on Amazon, a Dummies book and Easy Microsoft Money, neither of which address my needs (troubleshooting). I can do much better, if I can get an idea of how a program is "thinking." If I have made a simple error, I sure wish it would make itself more apparent. Have I missed something? If you consider it appropriate, please pass this on to Microsoft. | I did. Here is a more complete description of the problem which I posted in another thread: I have not been seeing the downloaded transactions for my bank and credit card accounts, but have been seeing them for brokerage accounts. For bank (WF, Amex, and Visa), I see "Transactions to read" in the account list, but when I click on that tag and go to the account, there are no new transactions. The "Items to Review" label in the upper left of the account register view says "Items to review(1)", for example, but nothing is there. I have deleted the internet temporary files, started with "msmoney -s", run it on another computer, in fact I have done everything listed in that KB article that had "If this doesn't work, then try this etc for about 6 steps", and nothing is working (you know, the one that says to delete OFX etc File Types). No downloads from these accounts have shown transactions since May 4 or 5th. | I too have this problem. Everything in my brokerage account set up reads O.K., and I am told that the transmissions have been successful. Still nothing shows up. The trial period on this Money is going to run out soon, so solution is becoming urgent.
