Money 2004 Crashes on Startup

Try Start-> Run and entering "regsvr32 msxml3.dll" without the
quotes into the box as described in

This happened out of no where! All of a sudden it crashes

I have tried to completely reinstall and everything!!
What do i do??! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
