I might be mistaken, but it sounds like you are trying to convert Quicken's
backup file. What you need to convert is the actual file it's self which
should have an extension of qdf and several others that go with it. I
believe you need to have all of the files on the hard drive and direct money
to them.

If all you have is Quicken's backup files then I believe you need to have
quicken on your system, restore the backup from the backup diskettes and
then convert them to money.

Money 2004 does not recognise these file extensions. What
