| I had this problem. I have all my other Fidelity accounts working, but can't get my wife's IRA from Netbenefits to work. Fidelity told me that my wife's institution would have to offer access to that service for it to work. So it's available from Fidelity and appears as an option in Money, but unless my wife's work requests that members be able to access accounts this way, Fidelity doesn't enable it. I am not sure if that is the case as it seems we are getting two different stories. | Jr, Welcome to the Wonderful World of Money! I am running 2004 Deluxe, and get the option to setup 'online services' w/ NetBenefits; but have tried to setup without any success. So before you spring for the upgrade, think about it. I will let you know here if NetBenefits ever successfully connects.
