it just seems odd to have a problem like this, and not
have a simple phone # to call, and find out...i can't get
MS email or other support, since I did not save the
wrapper or whatever with the ID on it...and I cannot open
the program to get the PID # to give to tech support for
free support.

hi, i opened MS Money 2002 last night, and instead of
starting the program, a screen opened in MS-DOS, and it
started extracting a bunch of files.

then that screen closed.

now the program will not work.

is there a worm or virus targeting people's MOney files?
