| My wife gets paid this way. Luckily they are different amounts, so I have two monthly series setup, one on the 15th and one on the 31st. With M02 and newer you can hand adjust the next twelve as needed. | Thanks, that was exactly what I wanted to do anyway. I was able to edit the single occurances up until August. Good enough for now. The company I work for bought out my previous employer. They actually tried paying monthly but it is illegal in my state. Thanks for your help...Now I'll have to post another question for a different problem ![]() "Susan" <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:12e0501c3f666$dd09f420$a501280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > I am not sure on the other issues of Money but I know that > if you enter it on money 04, and select twice a month and > note the next payday, it will when completed follow the > same pattern (ie I entered next pay date as Feb 29.) | I am not sure on the other issues of Money but I know that if you enter it on money 04, and select twice a month and note the next payday, it will when completed follow the same pattern (ie I entered next pay date as Feb 29.) When I went back and look at it through edit a single bill occurence, it gave me the 15th and the last day of the month whether it is the 29, 30 or 31. It won't automatically figure the friday before a weekend or holiday date so you would have to reset the date individually on those by editing a single occurence. It's a pain but all you can do if its that important. BTW your company is not the only one like that! I had the same thing before we went every other week. Wouldn't think it would make a difference 14 days instead of 15/16 but it did. Good luck! - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Is there a way to manually plug in all of my future paydates from now until > whenever? > My company pays twice a month (the 15th & the last day of the month). | Is there a way to manually plug in all of my future paydates from now until whenever? My company pays twice a month (the 15th & the last day of the month). With the stipulation that if the 15th or last day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, payday will be on the preceding business day. Right now I have my wages & salary frequency set at twice a month. I wouldnt mind going through every month from now until next yr and selecting the pay days manually. What would be the best way to go about this? I know, I bet there isnt another company out there that pays like this...Don't ask.. thks |
