| It's exactly the same for reporting classifications vs. categories. Every report where it makes sense offers control over date range separately from controlling classification and category. <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1262601c3f5de$641ddf50$a501280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > Thank you, but I believe it's idfferent for reports of > classifications and reports of categories. | Every report can be customized for date ranges. Many screens can be set to view last 12 months or current year. File|Archive removes old transactions but for countless reasons all recounted in the NG, I strongly recommend against it and do not practice it myself. | This is a silly question but I've been using money 2003 for a year and a half now and I want to remove the previous year's data or at least hide it so I can focus on this year--especially when viewing spending by classification--is there any way to do this? To hide the previous year's information? Thanks, gerald |
