Will be glad to walk you through this problem, first you
should do a search, go to start, search and type in Money
backup, see what comes up. If you find something, double
click and perhaps this will put your info back into the
program. If this does not work, look for your Money
program, could be in Works Suite, read each disk
carefully until you find the right one. Will check back
for your answers.

Money 2002 isn't opening. I've read the posts previous to
this one and several of them say to uninstall/reinstall it
but I don't understand how to uninstall Money and then
reinstall it. Money was on my computer when I bought it so
I don't think I have a CD. Other posts say that that
Windows Update will fix it. I went to Microsoft's website
and can't seem to find an update that speaks to this. I'm
kind of a novice when it comes to computers. Can anyone
walk me through any steps that may help me? Thank you.
