You didn't mention what version of Money you have, but I've seen a few posts
about problems with Money 2004 Bills and Deposits.

In my case, I had the exact problem you have. I had upgraded from Money
2002 to Money 2004. I tried upgrading older Money 2002 files (I've been
keeping my daily backups indefinitely for some time), but the same problem
eventually occurred with those files as well.

I tried using the available salvage tools without any luck.

In the end, I had to export all accounts as *.qif, create a clean Money
file, then simultaneously import all the *.qif files.

This is a fairly drastic procedure that causes some degree of data loss
(loan accounts, home inventory, and investment price history are among the
things that are lost), but it can fix problems that the salvage tools can't.

There's a newsgroup FAQ at
http://www.bollar.org/msmoney/
that contains information about file corruption and repair, and how to
export/import all accounts if all other solutions fail.

Default Recurring bills

When I try to change a single occurrence of a recurring
bill or deposit and press the OK button nothing happens.
When I try to leave the screen it ask me if I want to
apply the changes or discard them. If I press apply
changes, again nothing happens. Anyone know what's going
on?
