For example: Original Loan amount: $270,000.00 (need to set this up) Payoff credit card 1: 12,000.00 (already a Money acct) Payoff credit card 2: 10,000.00 (already a Money acct) Payoff credit card 3: 4,000.00 (already a Money acct) Cash out: 20,000.00 The remaining amount ($224,000.00) paid off existing home mortgage. The escrow company paid the credit cards directly.
