Default Re: False Debt Reduction Planner amounts skewing Budget

I struggled with this for way too long last evening. Try this: go to
Debt Reduction Planner and zero out the monthly allocation and the
one-time payment numbers. Near the Next button it'll tell you you
have an invalid plan, but Next over then click Finish. Here's the
key: exit MS Money... close out the app. Then open it back up and go
into the Budget Planner. It _should_ be gone. I may have had to
create a new budget at that point, I can't remember, but exiting the
app was the key.

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to solve the other numerous problems
with the Budget Planner feature.

Default False Debt Reduction Planner amounts skewing Budget

I have an payment ($3000) from the Debt Reduction Planner showing up in my
monthly budget, even though I have done everything conceivable to replace
it. I've changed / deleted the DRP amounts - no change in the budget. I've
recreated my budget, but the DRP amount still shows up.

Having to account for $3000 extra in my budget makes the budget less than
useful...

Been to the Bollar faq - nothing immediately applicable.
