I have the same thing, ironically, the last time I used it was on
V-day as well. Somebody had mentioned a patch was released. Can you
post the patch or additional information? Lost without my bank
account ;(

thanks,

The same thing just happened to me as well. A dos prompt
opened and scrolled a bunch of lines and then disappeared.
Ever since I haven't been able to open MS Money 2002 at
all. I haven't tried reinstalling it, but am hoping that
it can be fixed by Microsoft; I too don't think
reinstlaling should be the answer. So far I don't see any
worm/virus alerts on the Norton Symantec website.
Hopefully the security of our financial information has not
been breeched

Microsoft is aware of the issue - spoke to Joanna today. A patch will come
out TUESDAY..but I had to alert her to the fact that nobody will be able to
receive the update via Money because we cannot get on - it will have to be
on Windows Update. She is emailing me the patch on Tuesday Hopefully.

I have the same problem. Missing MNY0B99.DLL file. Is this
Microsoft's way of making us buy Money upgrade?

Count me in on this problem. My system also told me I'm
missing MNYCORED.dll, MNYUID.dll, MNYOB99D.DLL

I'll be watching the boards here. I hope they find an
answer.

Same thing happened to me! I didn't catch the scrolling
text in the DOS box, but I hope it's not some
strange "Valentines' Day Bug". Re-installing Money
should not be the answer -- Microsoft needs to fix this
problem.

Same problem here. My troubles started after I did an
Internet update for stock prices and whatever other
updates that happen when you select the Internet update
button.
