| I'd love to open a dang support case. I can't because I can't open the program to get the info I need to meet Microsoft's DEMANDS for info to provide support. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > FYI, Just so everyone knows. | One quick way to find out: open a support case at http://support.microsoft.com. "Mark" <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:58C51C73-7060-4102-BB2B-6428C8944801[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I agree; escalation to product group would be preferred (fix vs
Internet updates/patches are causing the problem to reappear. Do you thinkre-install). If I re-install, it sounds like (from other thread)that Microsoft actually listens to their customers? |

| I agree; escalation to product group would be preferred (fix vs re-install). If I re-install, it sounds like (from other thread)that Internet updates/patches are causing the problem to reappear. Do you think Microsoft actually listens to their customers? |

| With all due respect, this is non-normal software behavior. It's happening to everyone, exactly the same way... I'd prefer a fix rather than just saying to "re- install". That's lame. Cal, can you escalate this to someone in the product group? - quote - > -----Original Message----- > In microsoft.public.money, <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: > > Ran the check and found that three files are missing: > > > mnycored.dll,mnyuid.dll and mnyob99d.dll. | I have a similar problem. I used Money 2002 last night. During my download from the bank there was a popup ad from Microsoft for Money 2004. Now Money 2002 won't open at all. To start a support request, they tell me to open Money and get the PID! How can I if the darn thing won't even open. I detest Microsoft.... - quote - > -----Original Message----- > I have been using Money for some time without any > problems downloading transactions. | These are all program files. Your data is kept in (typically) MyMoney.mny. | Ran the check and found that three files are missing: mnycored.dll,mnyuid.dll and mnyob99d.dll. If I uninstall and reinstall will I lose my data? - quote - > -----Original Message----- > In microsoft.public.money, Cindy wrote: > > I have been using Money for some time without any > > problems downloading transactions. | I have been using Money for some time without any problems downloading transactions. My download went fine from the bank and seemed to be in Money. It said I had a statement to review but I don't see the transactions in the account register. I clicked on help and it said to clear my temp files - I did and then another faq said to do Internet Updates. Did that rebooted and now Money won't even open. Help it's tax time. |
