Default Re: This Operation Cannot Be Performed

It could also be caused by Windows Regional Settings (specifically Chinese)
Make sure they are set to English (US).
If they were not set to English (US), change them to that, start Money and
make sure that the error does not occur, then you can switch back to the
other Regional Settings if you desire.

Default This Operation Cannot Be Performed

Has anyone successfully repaired their Money 2004 Premium
File when this error message repeatedly pops up? Further
details:

ID 34
Source: mnyob99
Version: 12.0
symolic name: errUnkown

explanation says that this is usually caused by a corrupt
file, but none of the Repair tools or the latest download
version can fix my problem.

I would be grateful if anyone can share their learnings.
