canada RBC

Money support says I must export and import my accounts to
cure problem. RBC will download automatically, just can't
start from Money side of program, just download from RBC
site.
How do you fix bad money file?

I do not see Royal Bank of Canada in the dropdown list of

I was using Money 2003 and worked fine with RBC, have been
using it for a long time. Now RBC says it downloads and
Money scrutinizes the accounts to make sure they match and
advises that I have transactions to review. But they
aren't there. Probably a Canadian problem only.
