Many people use Money to do precisely this, but they have invested some time
and energy to understand how to set this all up and to assure that their
brokerage supports the interfaces required for this to work.

What version of Money are you using? And who do you want to download
transactions from? And what have you tried to do to make this work so far?
And why do you feel cheated or fell that it isn't working?
