| John, Try deleting your Temporary Internet Files by going to Control Panel, Internet Options. If this doesn't work, delete your temp files (depending on your OS, they will be in a different location). If none of this works, try saving the file somewhere in your computer instead of opening it directly from the web browser. This usually works for me... | For months I was logging on to my credit union and downloading statements without any problem; once they downloaded, Money would automatically detect it and load the transactions into the correct Money account. As of 7 to 10 days ago, Money no longer detects the downloaded statements. The statements still appear to download, but then nothing happens. Is there some setting I have to change? Is there any way to point Money in the right direction? Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks, John. |
