Default Re: Credit Card Payments posting as Debits

Does the You owe: at the bottom say you owe a positive number or a negative
(red) number? Is the account starting balance a positive number you owe them
or a negative number they owed you?

Default Credit Card Payments posting as Debits

I have downloaded my statements from my credit card
company and the payment don't post as credits to the
account. They show up in the credit column, but just add
to the outstanding balance.

Any Thoughts
