the same problem at the same time and have spent countless
hours trying to remedy.

having the same problem. My last successful online quote
update was 2/2/04 and attempts to refresh the data
indicate the download was successful but in fact it's
stays stuck on the 2/2/04 update. I came here looking
for help also and saw the one posting to try deleting
temporary internet files and flushing DNS but that didn't
help.

Starting about 10 days ago, my MSN accounts have stopped
automatically updating. (they used to update every 24
hours or so with my banks to get current data) I'm working
with a support rep at Microsoft to resolve this, but
needless to say, he is zero help.
I'm toying with the idea of just removing my MSN Money
accounts, and then re-setting them up. But before I do
that, I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has had
this happen before or has any other ideas to try and fix
