It is not clear what drop-down box you are referring to.

Go to Accounts&Bills-> OnlineServicesManager

Is your bank account listed under the Banks and brokerages that have
no services"? Click "Change financial institution" and see if you
can find your bank in the list.

Default Changing account to investment

I recently install Money 2004 and want to start using
online banking to download statements.

I track all my checking activity under the account
type 'bank'. To download my statement, the dropdown box
only lists investment accounts and not this one.

I tried to change the account type but there is
no 'investment' listed. I tried several ways and could
not get my checking account name to appear in the box.

I have almost a decade of transactions and hope there is a
way to change this account type to 'investments'.

Thanks in advance

Doug
